How work on a case is organised
From the first enquiry, a specialist is assigned to the case and handles it from start to finish. They study the documents, determine the legal position and agree a plan of action with the client.
Before work begins, the client receives a written estimate: what stages lie ahead, how much each of them costs and what expenses may arise. The price of a stage is fixed, and no additional payments arise in the course of the case.
The client stays informed at every step: the specialist reports on the progress of the case, agrees actions and answers questions in the agreed manner.
Principles of our work
We give an honest assessment of the prospects of a case, including when the prospects are poor. If the legal position is weak, the client learns about this before work begins, not after.
